Schedule & Match Logistics

• Start Date: 8 weeks long, starting Monday, September 7th.

• Tee Times: Flights are at either Monday or Tuesday @ 7:00 PM. Strict 2-hour maximum per round.

• Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your flight to stretch, warm up, and get logged in. Rounds start exactly on the hour.

• Absences & Make-Ups: If you know you will be gone, let us know in advance to play your round early. Otherwise, missed rounds must be played on the Sunday following the missed Monday.

Game Format & Rules

• Format: 2-Man Best Ball format (both players play their own ball, lowest net score counts for the team using 60% of the handicap)

• Handicaps: New players must play one free 9-hole round at HIO to establish a handicap. Returning players will use their final handicap from the previous league.

• Gimme Circle: Set to a 2-meter radius (6.5 feet) for an automatic 1-putt.

• Maximum Score: Automatically capped at Double Par per hole. The simulator will pick up and move to the next hole.

Leaderboard & Scoring

• Weekly Points: Standings are based on a 2-point position scale. 1st place net team earns 40 points, 2nd place earns 38 points, 3rd place earns 36 points, dropping by 2 points for each spot down to last place (2 points).

• Tie-Breakers: All ties on the leaderboard will be settled by a scorecard playoff working backward starting from Hole 9.

Perks & Equipment

• Beverages: BYOB permitted.

• Hole-in-One Prize: The first player to hit a hole-in-one on any Par 3 during official league play wins the single Bushnell Rangefinder prize (only one available for the entire league).

• Season Finale: The season ends with a Horse Race alternate-shot elimination game for the Champion Trophy and extra prizes.
